植物生长调节剂对绿豆干物质积累动态与产量的影响

摘要:
为探究植物生长调节剂对绿豆生长发育和产量的调控作用,选用‘绿丰2号’绿豆品种为试验材料,在绿豆始花期以喷施清水为对照,叶面分别喷施烯效唑(S3307)和胺鲜酯(DTA-6)为处理,测定开花至成熟期间植株地上部各部位干物质积累量及干物质在各部位的分配比例、转运量和转运率,并在成熟期测产。结果表明:始花期叶面喷施DTA-6或S3307均可不同程度地延长绿豆干物质积累期,显著地增加地上部干物质积累量;促进同化物向叶片、荚壳和籽粒的分配;提高同化物向荚壳转运率,其中S3307处理可提高主茎叶片转运率,DTA-6处理可提高茎秆转运率,进一步促进同化物由“源”向“库”的转移。S3307和DTA-6处理绿豆产量较CK分别增加16.11%和8.30%。综合分析可知,始花期叶面喷施60 mg/L S3307或50 mg/L DTA-6可显著增加绿豆植株干物质积累量,显著增加同化物向籽粒的分配量,提高绿豆产量。

Regulation of plant growth regulator on dry matter accumulation and yield of mung bean

Abstract:
In order to clarify the effects of plant growth regulator on the growth and yield of mung bean, ‘Lvfeng 2'variety was used as the material. The effects of spraying water(CK), spraying S3307 and spraying DTA-6 on the accumulation of dry matter in the above-ground parts of mung bean from flowering to maturity were studied. The distribution and transportation ratio of dry matter among parts provided further research. The results show that: DTA-6 and S3307 significantly prolonged the period of the dry matter accumulation and increased the dry matter accumulation of the above-ground. The distribution of dry matter among the leaves, pods and seeds was significantly enhanced by spraying PGR on the leaf surface at the beginning of flowering period. The transportation ratio of main stem leaves was improved by the treatment of S3307, however, the transportation ratio of stalks was improved by the treatment of DTA-6. Both the treatments of S3307 and DTA-6 further promoted the effective transfer of the dry matter from “source” to “sink”. The yield of S3307 and DTA-6 was higher than that of CK. In conclusion, according to the comprehensive analysis in this study, spraying 60 mg/L S3307 or 50 mg/L DTA-6 on the leaves at the beginning of flowering period can significantly increase the dry matter accumulation of mung bean, increase the distribution of dry matter to seeds, and then increase the yield of mung bean.
