长江经济带农业碳排放与经济增长的时空耦合关系

摘要:
为平衡长江经济带农业碳减排与其经济增长之间的矛盾,在厘清其1993—2017年农业碳排放与农业增加值现状特征的基础上,利用耦合协调模型与Tapio脱钩模型探究二者的相互关系及演化特征。结果表明:1)1993—2017年长江经济带农业碳排放量总体呈现波动上升趋势,农业增加值则稳步上升,两者空间分布特征类似但地区差异较大。2)农业碳排放系统与农业经济系统间存在耦合协调发展关系,且耦合协调程度逐步升高,基本实现了由整体失调向整体协调的转变,不过上、中、下游地区存在明显差异。3)农业经济系统与农业碳排放系统之间总体以弱脱钩、强脱钩为主,表明多数情形下农业碳排放的增长速率要小于农业经济,可见长江经济带各省区近些年在农业碳减排工作上取得了一定成效。

Spatio-temporal coupling relationship between agricultural carbon emissions and economic growth in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

Abstract:
In order to balance the contradiction between agricultural carbon reduction and economic growth in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, based on the clarifications of the current characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions and agricultural added value from 1993 to 2017, this study uses coupling coordination model and Tapio decoupling model to explore their relationships and evolution characteristics. The results show that: 1)From 1993 to 2017, the agricultural carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed a fluctuating upward trend, while the agricultural added value increased steadily. The spatial distribution characteristics between the two are similar, but their regional differences are large. 2)There is a coupling coordination development relationship between the agricultural carbon emission system and the agricultural economic system, and the coupling coordination degree is gradually increasing. It basically realizes the transformation from overall imbalance to overall coordination, but there are obvious differences among the upper, middle and lower reaches. 3)Both weak decoupling and strong decoupling are the main features between the agricultural economic system and the agricultural carbon emission system, indicating that in most cases the growth rate of agricultural carbon emission is lower than that of the agricultural economy. In conclusion, the provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt have made certain achievements in agricultural carbon emission reduction in recent years.
