| 为探讨制度距离等因素对中国农产品在“一带一路”沿线亚洲国家市场出口效率的影响，基于随机前沿引力模型，分析2004—2017年中国对“一带一路”沿线亚洲国家农产品出口效率水平和变化趋势，并把制度距离引入贸易非效率项，研究中国对“一带一路”沿线亚洲国家农产品的出口效率的影响因素。结果表明:中国对“一带一路”沿线亚洲国家农产品出口效率处于较低水平，不同国家间具有较大的差异，并均呈现负的时变效应；制度距离对贸易效率水平有显著的负向影响。除此之外，关税和汇率对出口效率的提升也有阻碍作用，贸易双方签订自贸协定、贸易对象国为WTO成员国或APEC成员国对贸易效率的提升有促进作用。最后就提升中国对“一带一路”沿线亚洲国家的出口效率提出了加强政策沟通、加快推进自贸区谈判等建议。 |

| Institutional distance and export efficiency of China's agricultural products: Based on the empirical research of Asian countries along the “Belt and Road” |

| To explore the impact of factors such as institutional distance on the export efficiency of Chinese agricultural products in Asian countries along the “Belt and Road”, based on stochastic frontier gravity model, this study empirically analyzes the trade efficiency of China's agricultural products export to Asia countries along the “Belt and Road” from 2004 to 2017, and explains the changing trend of export efficiency to different countries. Institutional distance is introduced into the trade inefficiency item. The impact of the item to the export efficiency of agricultural products to the Asian countries along the “Belt and Road” is also studied. The results show that China's export efficiency of agricultural products to the Asia countries along the “ Belt and Road” is at low level and diverges among different countries displaying a negative time-varying effect; Institutional distance has a significant negative impact on the level of trade efficiency. In addition, tariffs and exchange rates also hinder the improvement of export efficiency. After signing free trade agreement with China, being WTO members and APEC members have promoted the improvement of trade efficiency in these member countries. At the end of this study, corresponding suggestions, e. g. strengthening policy communication, accelerating the negotiation of free trade zones to improve the export efficiency of agricultural products are put forward. |
