| 我国村庄复垦研究现状及展望 |

| 为了解我国村庄复垦的研究现状，采用文献研究法，以“宅基地复垦”、“农村居民点用地复垦”、“旧村复垦”、“村庄整治”等作为关键词，搜索中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CAJD)，检索1990—2019年发表的文献，归纳我国村庄复垦的总体概况、内容框架和重点领域的研究现状。结果表明我国村庄复垦研究内容可以分为3个方面:1)村庄复垦过程与技术，包括复垦规划、地形重塑和土壤重构等；2)村庄复垦评价，涵盖复垦潜力评价、复垦适宜性评价、土壤质量评价和复垦效益评价；3)村庄复垦公共社会问题，涉及增减挂钩、农民权益、人居环境以及精准扶贫。未来需要开展村庄复垦的基础理论和技术工艺研究，同时要准确认识不同区域村庄复垦土地的生产力差异机制及培肥措施，构建全面现势的土地质量综合评价、景观格局与生态效益分析体系，完善法律制度、监管手段和资金来源，满足精准扶贫、乡村振兴和国土空间规划对生态文明建设和人居环境改善的新要求。 |

| Research status and prospects of village reclamation in China |

| In order to understand the research status of village reclamation in China, the articles published in the past 30 years since 1990 were searched in the China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database(CAJD)by using “homestead reclamation”, “rural residential land reclamation”, “old village reclamation” and “village renovation” as key words. The general overview, content framework and research status in key areas of village reclamation in China were summarized. The results showed that the research contents of village reclamation in China could be divided into three aspects: The first was the process and technology of village reclamation, including reclamation planning, topographical reconstruction, soil reconstruction and so on; The second was the evaluation of village reclamation, which included the evaluation of reclamation potential, reclamation suitability, soil quality and reclamation effectiveness; The third was the public and social issues of village reclamation, which involve linking the increase in land used for urban construction with the decrease in land used for rural construction, farmers' rights and interests, living environment and targeted poverty reduction. In the future, it is necessary to carry out research on the basic theories and technical process of village reclamation. At the same time, it is necessary to accurately understand the productivity difference mechanisms and fertilization measures of land reclaimed from abandoned village in different regions. Besides, comprehensive evaluation of current land quality, landscape pattern, ecological benefit assessment, legal system improvement, regulatory measures, and funding sources need to be further studied. They must meet the new requirements of targeted poverty reduction, rural revitalization and land space planning for ecological civilization construction and living environment improvement under the new era. |
