杂交杏李‘风味玫瑰’花芽分化过程及内源激素动态变化

摘要:
为了解内源激素对杂交杏李花芽分化的影响,以‘风味玫瑰’为研究对象,采用石蜡切片法对其花芽进行解剖观察,用高效液相色谱—质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)法测定花芽分化过程中内源激素含量。结果表明:‘风味玫瑰’7月中下旬进入花原基分化期,8月下旬进入萼片原基分化期,9月下旬进入花瓣原基分化期,10月下旬进入雌、雄蕊原基分化期;花芽分化过程中生长素(IAA)含量呈现先下降后保持平稳的趋势,脱落酸(ABA)含量呈先上升后下降再急剧上升变化趋势,赤霉素(GA3)含量总体呈现“降-升-降”的变化,即先逐步下降后急剧上升再急剧下降,茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)含量呈现逐渐下降的趋势。综上,低水平IAA、GA3、MeJA和高水平ABA有利于花芽分化,且较高的mABA/mGA3mABA/mMeJA比值有利于花芽分化。

Flower bud differentiation and dynamic changes of endogenous hormone in Prunus domestica×armeniaca ‘Fengweimeigui'

Abstract:
In order to study the effect of endogenous hormone on flower bud differentiation of Prunus domestica×armeniaca. ‘Fengweimeigui' was selected as the experimental material. The paraffin cross section method was used to investigate flower bud morphological differentiation. High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to measure the endogenous hormone levels during flower bud differentiation. The results showed that: P. domestica×armeniaca ‘Fengweimeigui' entered the stage of floral primordial differentiation in the middle of July, the Sepal primordial differentiation stage in late August, the petal primordial differentiation stage in late September, and Stamen & Pistil primordial differentiation stage in October. During flower bud differentiation, indole-3-aceticacid(IAA)content reached a stable status after the stage of floral primordial differentiation. Abscisic acid(ABA)content followed a pattern of increase-decrease-increase, whereas gibberellic acid(GA3)content was opposite to abscisic acid, showing a pattern of decrease-increase-decrease. Methyl jasmonate(MeJA)was significantly decreased during flower bud differentiation. In conclusion, the low levels of IAA, GA3, MeJA and high levels of ABA were favorable for flower bud differentiation. In addition, high mABA/mGA3 and mABA/mMeJA ratios were favorable for flower bud differentiation.
