全球转基因作物发展演变与趋势

摘要:
从学术界的科学争论到公众的安全担忧,转基因作物一直是社会关注的热点争议话题。本研究利用国际农业生物技术应用服务组织(ISAAA)的数据,从转基因作物的田间试验、获准商业化、商业化种植、转基因产品进口等方面系统梳理了全球转基因作物的发展演变,旨在客观展示过去几十年来全球转基因作物发展状况,以期提供一个全球转基因作物发展演变的全局性概貌。结果表明:转基因作物的大量田间试验和严格审批都表明各国的审慎态度和生物安全制度;转基因作物面积、种类、性状以及接受转基因产品的国家的不断增多都表明接受转基因作物及产品已成为不可阻挡的发展趋势。未来随着生物安全制度的完善、转基因知识的正确普及将会改善转基因作物发展的意识环境,更多的人群接受转基因作物将成为一般现象。

Evolution and developing trend of global biotech/GM crops

Abstract:
Biotech/GM crops have always been a social controversy topic from the scientific debate of scholars to the safety concerns of general public. Based on the data of ISAAA, the development of global biotech/GM crops was summarized systematically from the aspects of field trial, approved for commercialization, commercial cultivation and GM product import, and so on, in order to show objectively the development of global biotech/GM crops in the past decades and provide an all-round overview of the development of global biotech/GM crops. A large number of field trials and strict approvals of biotech/GM crops indicated the cautious attitude and biosafety system of different countries. The increasing of biotech/GM crops in areas, varieties, traits and countries accepting GM products showed that the development of biotech/GM crops and GM products has become an irresistible trend. In the future, with the improvement of biosafety system and the correct popularization of biotech/GM knowledge, the awareness environment for the development of biotech/GM crops will be improved, and more people accepting biotech/GM crops will become a common phenomenon.
