12种百合杂交类型香气成分比较

摘要:
为研究不同杂交类型百合香气成分的特征,采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对12个杂交类型41个品种百合花被片的挥发性成分进行定性与定量分析。结果表明:百合的主要挥发性成分为桉树脑、(E)-β-罗勒烯、芳樟醇和苯甲酸甲酯,无香的亚洲百合和亚喇百合挥发性成分的数量和含量显著低于其他类型百合。同种杂交类型下的百合在非度量多维尺度图中往往距离较近,由杂交种再次相互杂交得到的混杂交类型结合了亲本的香气性状。

Study on the aroma constituents of lily from twelve hybrid groups

Abstract:
In order to study the characteristics of lily floral scents in different hybrids, Head Space Solid Phase Microextraction(HS-SPME)and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the floral volatile components of forty-one varieties of Lilium spp. from twelve lily hybrids. The results revealed that Cineole, (E)-β-ocimene, linalool, and methyl benzoate were the major compounds of the aroma of scented lilies, whereas the quantity and content of volatile compounds of non-scented Asiatic hybrids and Asiatic×Trumpet hybrids were significantly lower than those in scented lilies. The cultivars within the same group were closer in non-metric multidimensional scale maps, and the intersection lily hybrid groups all combined their parents' scent profiles.
