全膜双垄沟覆膜机镇压装置与种床土壤动态互作有限元分析

摘要:
为深入研究全膜双垄沟覆膜机作业时的镇压性能,结合全膜双垄沟种床构建农艺要求,探讨作业机镇压部件与种床土壤间的相互作用规律及影响。利用ABAQUS/Explicit分析软件建立镇压装置轮组与种床土壤相互作用的三维有限元模型,并进行镇压过程数值模拟。仿真结果表明,前进速度为1 m/s时,应力云图结果显示,镇压装置轮组与种床土壤之间的最大接触应力为1.20×10-2 MPa,在镇压轮作用下,大垄垄面土壤下沉16.61 mm;经由打孔轮作业所形成的的渗水孔在机具前进方向上偏移6.62 mm,渗水孔平均深度为31.84 mm,相邻渗水孔相距225.75 mm;垄体对镇压轮的最大阻力发生在接触后第1.15 s,且最大土壤阻力为137.156 N;打孔轮在垄沟内运动时所受最大阻力为51.38 N;镇压轮及打孔轮整个过程中受平均土壤阻力大小为104.78和15.02 N。田间验证作业效果对比表明,该三维有限元模型可用于预测镇压装置工作过程中的工作情况。

Finite element analysis ofthe dynamic interaction between the soil-rolling device of whole film double ditch laminating machine and seedbed

Abstract:
In order to study the soil-rolling performance of the whole film double ditch laminating machine,combined with the whole film double ditch seedbed to construct the agronomic requirements,this study discusses the interaction and influence between the rolling parts of the operating machine and the soil of the seedbed.The three-dimensional finite element model of the interaction between the rolling wheel group and the seedbed soil of the soil-rolling device is established by using ABAQUS/EXPLICIT analysis software,and the numerical simulation of the soil-rolling process is carried out.The simulation results show that:When the forward speed is 1 m/s,the maximum contact stress between the wheel group and the seed bed soil of the suppression device is 1.20×10-2 MPa.And under the action of the soil-rolling wheel,the soil of the large ridge is sinking 16.61 mm,the seepage hole formed by punching wheel operation is offset 6.62 mm in the forward direction of the machine,the average depth of the seepage hole is 31.84 mm,the adjacent seepage hole is 225.75 mm,and the maximum resistance of the ridge to the soil-rolling wheel occurs at 1.15 s after contact,and the maximum soil resistance is 137.156 N;The maximum resistance of the punching wheel to movement in the ditch is 51.38 N,and the average soil resistance in the whole process of the suppression wheel and punching wheel is 104.78 and 15.02 N.The comparison of field verification operation results show that the three-dimensional finite element model can be used to predict the working condition in the working process of the suppression device.
