牧草种子丸粒化包衣机除尘系统的设计与试验

摘要:
针对牧草种子丸粒化包衣机作业时的粉尘问题,设计3级除尘系统,采用理论分析、数值仿真及试验相结合的方法,对牧草种子丸粒化包衣机除尘系统进行研究。结果表明:1)根据Fluent得到除尘器内部空间的流场分布,气流附壁效果明显,气体在除尘器内部遵循设计路线运动。在挡板处,体积突变处气流变化明显,进入旋风除尘器的平均速度10 m/s,除尘口气流平均速度0.2 m/s,有利于粉尘颗粒的收集;2)依据重力原理、离心力原理和布袋隔离原理设计的一级、二级和三级除尘系统,可对不同粒径的固体粉料进行分离除尘,试验测得除尘效率达92.56%,基本满足牧草种子丸粒化包衣作业除尘要求。

Design and test of a dust removal system of the seed pellet coating machine for forage grass

Abstract:
To solve the problem of dust during the operation of the forage seed pelletizing,a 3-stage dust removal system was designed.Theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test were combined to study the dust removal system of the forage seed pelletizing coating machine.The results showed that:1) Based on Fluent,the flow field distribution of the internal space of the dust removal system was obtained and the airflow attachment effect was obvious.The gas followed the designed route.The airflow changed obviously with sudden changes in the volume.The average inlet airflow speed was 10 m/s.The average speed of the dust removal airflow was 0.2 m/s,which was conducive for the collection of dust particles;2) The primary,secondary and tertiary dust removal systems were designed separately according to the gravity principle,centrifugal force principle and bag isolation principle to be used for dust collection of different particle sizes.The test reached a dust removal efficiency of 92.56%,which basically met the dust removal requirements for the seed pellet coating operation of forage grass.
