27个香菇菌株农艺性状比较研究

摘要:
为了筛选适合陕西关中地区栽培的香菇优良菌株,以27个香菇菌株为研究对象,采用常规栽培方法,以各菌株的菌种萌动期、菌丝生长速率、菌棒转色期、鲜菇产量及含水率、子实体形态等指标进行综合选择。结果表明:1)不同品种菌株之间、同一品种不同菌株之间农艺性状差异显著;2)选出了庆科212、9608-2、258、9608-1、L-01、L-02及09-1(以当地主栽菌株808-1为对照)7株优良菌株,这7个菌株的农艺性状较其他菌株明显较好。因此,选择适合当地气候条件栽培的菌株,有利于体现菌株本身的农艺性状并且可以提高当地菇农的收入;7个优良菌株可推荐作为陕西关中地区的栽培菌株。

Research on the agronomic traits of 27 Lentinula edodes strains

Abstract:
The research is aimed to select the high quality strains of Lentinula edodes, which are suitable to be cultivated in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province. Conventional methods were adopted and 27 strains of L. edodes were taken as the experimental materials. The Comprehensive selection was based on the factors of germination time, mycelial growth rate, color-turning period, fresh mushroom yield, moisture content and fruit body morphology. The results showed that the agronomic traits of different strains of L. edodes were discriminating and case was the same with the different sources of the same breed. Besides, 7 strains of high quality, namely Qingke212, 9608-2, 258, 9608-1, L-01, 09-1 and L-02(compared with 808-1) were selected to be cultivated in Guangzhong area, Shaanxi Province, for their better agronomic traits. Therefore, the agronomic traits of the strains will be reflected as well as the income of the local mushroom farmers will be greatly increased with choosing the suitable strains; the 7 high quality strains can be recommended as the cultivated strains in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province.
