| 农业社会化服务有利于农业生产效率的提高吗？——基于三阶段DEA模型的实证分析 |

| 基于安徽、江西、湖南、湖北4省937个水稻种植户的微观调查数据，采用三阶段DEA模型测算了农户的生产效率，分析了农业社会化服务对农业生产效率的影响程度和方向。研究结果表明，长江中游4省农户的生产效率存在显著差异，且效率水平普遍低下，其中江西省最低；金融服务、农技服务、机械服务对农业生产效率的影响显著为正，但由于政府或村委会在维护与管理方面的缺陷，良好的基础设施对农户的生产效率表现出显著抑制作用；此外，农户的个体特征及家庭特征对其生产效率有着不同程度的显著影响。有鉴于此，本研究认为应该通过构建普惠性金融体系，向农户提供有针对性的农技服务，并关注机械服务质量，以提高农业社会化服务水平，完善农业社会化服务体系，顺利实现农业现代化。 |

| Is agricultural social service conducive to the improvement of agricultural production efficiency?: An empirical analysis based on three stage DEA model |

| Based on the micro survey data of 937 rice farmers in Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan and Hubei provinces located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, a three stage DEA model was adopted to measure the farmers' production efficiency, and analyze the influence degree and direction of agricultural socialization services on agriculture production efficiency. The results showed that:There are significant differences in the production efficiency of farmers' among the four provinces, and the level of efficiency was generally low, among which Jiangxi Province was the lowest. Financial services, agro-technical services and mechanical services had a significant positive impact on agriculture productivity. However, due to the maintenance and management deficiencies of the government or the village committee, good infrastructure had a significant negative impact effect on farmers' production efficiency. In addition, the individual characteristics and family characteristics of the farmers had significant effects on their production efficiency. In conclusion, it is necessary to construct an inclusive financial system, targeted agricultural technology services to farmers and pay attention to the quality of mechanical services so as to improve the level of agricultural socialization services and the agricultural socialization service system, and realize the agricultural modernization. |
