基于离散元法植物根系对黏性土坡稳定性的影响

摘要:
针对传统有限元方法不能够从细观尺度研究植被固坡作用的问题,采用离散元模型结合强度折减法,研究植被护坡位置对黏土边坡稳定性的影响。模拟结果表明:1)应用离散元模型结合强度折减法得到的无护坡情况下边坡安全系数为1.08,应用有限元模型得到的安全系数为1.09,表明采用离散元模型结合强度折减法分析边坡稳定是可行的;2)植被护坡位置对黏土边坡稳定性具有不同程度的影响:仅在坡面、坡脚或者坡顶种植植被时,植被对边坡的稳定性影响很小;3)当在坡面与坡脚或者坡顶与坡底都种植植被时,植被对边坡的稳定性具有较大影响,且当在坡顶、坡面和坡底全都种植植被时,对边坡稳定性的影响最大,边坡稳定性最高。研究结果为实际工程中植被护坡铺设位置的选择提供了相应的理论依据。

Influence of plant roots on cohesive soil slope stability based on discrete element method

Abstract:
In view of the fact that the traditional finite element method cannot study the effect of vegetation on slope stability from the meso scale,the influence of the location of slope protection vegetation on the stability of clay slope is studied by using discrete element model combined with strength reduction method.The results show that:1) The safety factor of slope is 1.08 under the condition of no slope protection with the combination of the discrete element model and the strength reduction method.The safety factor obtained by the finite element model is 1.09.It is proved that it is feasible to use the discrete element model and the strength reduction method to analyze the slope stability;2) The position of vegetation slope protection has different influence on the stability of clay slope.Only planting vegetation in the dome,toe or the top of slope,the vegetation on the slope stability influence is very small;3) When planting vegetation both on the dome and toe or both at the top and bottom of the slope,vegetation has a great influence on the slope stability.And when the top of the slope,slope and slope bottom is planted,the effect on the stability of the slope is maximum,the slope stability is the highest.In conclusion,this research can provide references for the slope protection of the actual project.
