基于高速摄像技术种子吸附姿态对排种性能的影响

摘要:
以食葵种子为对象,采用理论分析、高速摄像技术与试验台试验相结合的方法,对影响种子吸附姿态的因素及吸附姿态对排种性能的影响进行研究。结果表明:1)种子中部被吸附且长轴方向与排种盘吸孔的切线方向重合时(姿态一)所需吸力最小,通过高速摄像观察发现姿态一为吸附最佳姿态。在6种排种盘转速和真空度下处于姿态一的种子所占比例的平均值分别为76.5%、80%,即姿态一为主要吸附姿态;2)种子处于姿态一的比例越高,排种性能越好,种子吸附姿态的比例与排种盘转速及真空度有关;3)种子的吸附姿态影响投种方式,投种方式不同导致投种高度和投种角度不同,最终产生粒距差异性。

Influence of seed adsorption posture on seeding performance based on high speed camera technology

Abstract:
In order to study factors affecting adsorption posture and the influence of seed adsorption posture on seeding performance,an in-depth study was implemented by the methods of theoretical analysis,high-speed photography technology and test bed experiment by taking sunflower seeds as object.The results showed that:1) The middle of seed was adsorbed and the long axis direction of seed overlapped with the tangent direction of seeding suction holes which is the first posture and the required the minimum adsorption force was found to be the best posture through the observation of high speed camera.This posture was the main adsorption gesture,and the percentage on average was respectively 76.5% and 80% at six kinds of the planter plate speed and vacuum degree combinations.2) The higher the ratio of seed adsorption to the first posture was,the better the seed metering performance performed.The ratio of seed adsorption posture was related to the planter plate speed and vacuum degree.3) The seed throwing methods caused different seeding heights and throwing angles,which were affected by seed postures resulting in the difference of seed spacing.
