Abstract:
In order to investigate the responses of water and carbon fluxes of vineyard to irrigation, rainfall and frost as well as the differences between,a typical vineyard in arid northwest China was taken as example and successive observations on rainfall, irrigation and water and carbon fluxes before and after frost were conducted based on eddy covariance, stem flow gauge and micro-lysimeter in this study. The result showed the monthly mean daily variation of every parts of water and carbon fluxes. And It was also discovered that evapotranspiration (ET) of the vineyard increased quickly after rainfall and decreased slowly afterwards over time. The time of emergence of the peak value delayed from 14:00 to 15:00.But the grape transpiration increased very slowly.Vineyard ET increased first and then decreased step by step after reaching the peak after irrigation. The irrigation and rainfall both enhanced the carbon sink of the vineyard.Grape leaves almost died and transpiration decreased sharply (close to zero) after frost. And after frost, the fluctuation of net ecosystem exchange curve became smaller indicating that the vineyard turned into carbon sink period.
