| 为了解内外部环境对零售商农药安全认知的影响作用，以广东省7市126个零售店的访谈数据为例，在理论分析基础上利用结构方程模型实证分析了组织特性和市场份额对零售商农药安全认知的影响效应。结果表明：1）零售商的农药安全认知程度普遍偏低；2）组织特性和市场份额是影响零售商农药安全认知的2个主要因素，市场份额直接影响农药安全认知，组织特性通过市场份额间接影响农药安全认知；3）零售商的农药安全认知程度与经营年限、工作人员数、覆盖村落数、覆盖土地面积、大中客户数和年销售额等因素呈正相关关系；4）相较于个体户、植保站和农资公司，供销社下属零售商的农药安全认知最低。 |

| To understand the influence of internal and external environment on the safety cognition of pesticide retailers,126 retail outlets in seven cities of Guangdong Province are taken as example.The method of structural equation based on the theoretical analysis is used to empirical test the influence of organization characteristics and market shares on pesticide safety cognition.The results showed that:1) The pesticide safety cognition of retails is generally low.2) Organization characteristics and market share are the two factors which affect pesticide safety cognition of retailers.And organization characteristics indirectly affect pesticide safety cognition through market shares,and market shares directly affect pesticide safety cognition.3) Pesticide safety cognition of retailers will rise along with increasing the operating period,the number of workers,village covers,land covers,the number of large and medium-sized customers and annual sales.4) Compared with private business,plant protective station and agricultural materials companies and retailers,which belong to supply and marketing cooperatives,have the lowest pesticide safety cognition. |
