种衣剂对棉花幼苗耐寒性的观测及耐寒种衣剂筛选

摘要:
为筛选棉花耐寒种衣剂,通过比较8种种衣剂包衣对棉花幼苗耐寒性,为其应用与推广提供技术理论支持。以新陆早57号为材料,8种种衣剂包衣棉种,在种子露白期进行低温处理(4、8和12℃),测定棉花幼苗发芽率、株高、干物质、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、可溶性蛋白(SP)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)共9项指标,并用2种分析方法综合评价。结果表明:1)低温下,种衣剂1~8号包衣的棉花幼苗的发芽率、株高和干物质均高于未包衣棉苗(CK),随着温度的升高作用显著;2)同一低温处理,种衣剂1~8号包衣处理均降低棉花幼苗的MDA含量,增加SOD、POD、CAT活性和SP、Pro含量;3)通过主成分分析将9个指标转化成6个相对独立的综合性指标,用隶属函数和聚类分析进行综合性评价种衣剂的耐寒性。8种种衣剂可划分为Ⅳ类:第Ⅰ类不耐寒:种衣剂3号;第Ⅱ类弱耐寒:种衣剂1、2和4号;第Ⅲ类中耐寒:种衣剂7和8号;第Ⅳ类强耐寒:种衣剂5和6号。

Seed coating on cotton seedling cold tolerance control and screening of cold resistant seed coating agent

Abstract:
Analysis on cold tolerance of cotton seedlings with 8 kinds of seed coating was conducted to help the selection of high quality seed and provide technical support for the application and popularization of seed coating theory.Taking Xinluzao 57 as study materials different low temperature treatments in white seed period (4,8,12℃) were conducted to determine the 9 indexes including germination rate,plant height,dry matter,MDA,SOD,POD,CAT,SP,Pro by using two methods analysis.The results showed that:1) Different low temperature treatments combined with different seed coating,its cotton seedling germination rate,plant height and dry matter were higher than those of the control,which were increased with temperature,significantly;2) Under the condition of low temperature,MDA content decreased in different cotton seed coating treatment,and SP,SOD,POD,Pro content and CAT activity increased;3) Through the principal component analysis,the 9 indexes were transformed into 6 relatively independent comprehensive indexes,and the cold resistance of seed coating agents was comprehensively evaluated by using membership function and cluster analysis.The coatings were divided into 4 grades,which were not cold (seed coating 3),weak cold (seed coating 1,2 and 4),medium cold resistance (seed coating 7 and 8) and strong cold resistance (seed coating 5 and 6).
