蝴蝶兰Phalaenopsis ‘Sogo Vivien’自交S1代若干性状的遗传表现

摘要:
以蝴蝶兰Phalaenopsis ‘Sogo Vivien’为亲本进行自交,对自交S1代的营养器官性状和花器官性状进行统计分析。研究结果表明,自交S1代在株高、株幅、叶长、叶宽、叶数、侧分枝数和单枝总花数等7个数量性状的平均值比亲本略有下降,但在花色、着色模式、花长度、花宽度、花枝长度和主枝花朵数等6个花器官性状比亲本强,尤其是花色和着色模式优势明显,均由亲本的1种类型分离出另外3种类型,其中花色"浅紫"和"紫红",以及着色模式"线纹"分别占S1代调查株数的30.39%、58.36%和80.86%,表明蝴蝶兰Phalaenopsis ‘Sogo Vivien’经过自交后,其后代的花色及着色模式主要体现为亲本的颜色和着色模式。其中,花色、着色模式、花长度、花宽度、花枝长度和主枝花朵数等花器官性状是蝴蝶兰观赏性最重要的部分,也是选择育种材料的主要方向,因此,在S1代中能够选择出优于亲本的育种材料。

Genetic performance of several traits in self-crossing S1 generation of Phalaenopsis ‘Sogo Vivien’

Abstract:
The traits of nutritive and flower organs of Phalaenopsis ‘Sogo Vivien’ self-crossing S1 generation were statically analyzed.The results showed that the averages of plant height,plant width,leaf length,leaf width,leaf number,peduncle lateral branch number and flower number in single peduncle all fell slightly than the parent.However,the six flower organ traits of flower color,shading model,flower length,flower diameter,peduncle length and flowers in main inflorescence were better than parent and,the advantages of flower color and shading model were especially obvious.Three types of flower color were separated from one type of the parent.Flower color "light purple" and "purple",and the shading model "line" had majority of 30.39%、58.36% and 80.86% of individuals in total in S1 generation which reflected parents' flower color and shading model.The flower color,shading model,flower length,flower diameter,peduncle length and flowers in main inflorescence of flower ogans were the most important parts in Phalaenopsis,and it was also the main selection direction of breeding material.Therefore,it was possible to choose breeding materials which were better than parent in S1 generation.
