| 为了解农村妇女土地权益问题对农村家庭收入的影响情况，选取福建省作为调查对象，在对调研数据进行描述性统计分析的基础上，分别选用村规民约是否有歧视妇女和妇女家庭种植土地面积等变量表征妇女土地权益问题，选用家庭年总收入和家庭农业收入等表征妇女家庭收入，采用2阶段最小二乘法测算了土地权益问题对妇女家庭收入的影响，结果表明：针对妇女的歧视性规定会影响到农户家庭的农业收入和年总收入，农村妇女土地权益问题普遍但不严重；进一步从土地调整政策、出嫁女、招女婿、离婚妇女回迁、丧偶妇女等角度分析农村妇女土地权益问题的缘由；最后提出要适时调整土地，确认土地承包权的物权性质，加强对农村基层民主的引导与监督，保护妇女土地权益。 |

| Rural women right in land which is a practical problem in rural areas.In order to understand the influential factors on this problem,Fujian Province was taking as study object,analyzes the effect of rural women land right on household income was analyzed based on the descriptive statistical analysis of survey data.Whether there is any discrimination on women in village regulation and non-governmental agreement and the amount of cultivated land area for women's household were selected as representative variables of rural women land rights.Total annual household income and household agricultural income were selected to represent women household income.Two-Stage Least Squares method was adopted in this study.The results suggest that rules or agreements which were discriminate to women in village influenced their agricultural income and total annual income of household.The problem is general but not serious.Then this paper analyzes The reasons caused the problem in rural women land rights were then analyzed from aspects of land adjustment policy,married women,taking a son-in-law,devoiced women moving back and widow.Finally,some suggestions including that adjusting the land timely in rural area,confirming the real property right quality of land contract right and strengthening the guidance and supervision of rural grassroots democracy to protect rural women land right were put forwarded. |
