厌氧发酵系统中的微量元素及其生物利用度的研究综述

摘要:
针对微量元素对厌氧发酵系统影响进行综述。一方面归纳了不同发酵底物和接种物中微量元素的组成,微量元素和酶之间的关系,不同的发酵条件下微量元素对发酵体系性能及微生物群落演替的影响;另一方面对顺序提取法的应用,微量元素的化学形态与生物利用度的关系,影响生物利用度的因素(配体和pH),提高生物利用度的策略等做了介绍,以期对沼气工程的高效稳定运行起到借鉴指导的作用。

A critical review on trace elements and bioavailability in anaerobic digestion system

Abstract:
The effects of trace elements on anaerobic digestion system were reviewed in this paper.On one hand,the composition of trace element in different fermented raw materials,the relationship between trace elements and enzymes,the effects of trace elements on the performance of the digestion system and microbial community succession were summarized.On the other hand,the application of sequential extraction method,the relationship between the chemical fraction and bioavailability,the factors affecting the bioavailability (ligands and pH),and the strategies for stabilizing bioavailability were introduced.This review would provide guidance for efficient and stable operation of biogas project.
