| 为探讨劳动力转移对农村老年人健康的影响途径，利用中国养老与健康追踪调查（CHARLS）数据，采用路径分析方法，就经济支持、情感支持、劳动供给与照料孙辈在劳动力转移对农村老年人健康的影响路径中的中介作用及交互影响进行了实证检验。研究结果表明：1）经济支持、情感支持、劳动供给与照料孙辈在劳动力转移对农村老年人健康的影响途径中均能发挥一定的直接中介作用。其中，劳动供给和照料孙辈对老年人躯体健康有更明显的正向中介效应，情感支持对老年人精神健康的负向中介效应更加显著。2）中介变量间存在一定的相互影响，一方面，子女的经济支持减少了老年人的劳动供给和子女看望的频率；另一方面，老年人照料孙辈在提高子女经济支持同时，总体降低了子女的情感支持。3）在所有的中介效应中，子女看望缺失导致的老年人健康恶化效应大于其他影响途径对老年人健康的增益效应以及子女通讯的健康补偿效应。这说明，子女的情感支持，尤其是子女看望对当前农村老年人的健康状况有极为重要的作用。 |

| How labor migration affects the health of the elderly in rural areas:Tests based on Path Analysis method |

| In order to explore the impact path of labor migration on the health of the elderly in rural areas,China Health and Retirement Longitude Survey (CHARLS) is used and path analysis method is applied to examine the mediating effect of financial and emotional support,labor supply and taking care of grandchildren between labor migration and the health of the elderly in rural areas.The results show that:1)Financial and emotional support,labor supply and taking care of grandchildren play an intermediary role on the effect of labor migration on the health of the rural elderly.Elderly labor supply and grandchildren care display more obvious positive mediating effect to physical health of the elderly and emotional support has more significant negative mediating effect to mental health.2)Interactions exist between some intermediate variables.On one hand,the financial support of the children has weakened the visit frequency of children and reduces the labor supply of the elderly.On the other hand,taking care of the grandchildren by the elderly helps to increase the financial support of their children,but it generally reduces emotional support.3)Among all the mediating effects,the effect of the lack of children's visit on the health of the elderly is greater than that of the rest.Therefore,for the elderly current left behind,emotional support,especially children's visit plays a very important role. |
