| 为了辨析农户土地信托参与的影响因素及各个因素之间的逻辑结构和层次性，本研究基于农户微观调研数据，首先运用Probit模型确定农户参与土地信托流转意愿的影响因素，然后运用ISM模型分析各影响因素之间的关联关系和层次结构。结果表明：在影响农户参与土地信托流转的因素中，收入结构和对当地政府的信任程度是表层直接因素，非农就业收入和当地经济发展水平是中间间接原因，户主年龄、户主是否非农就业、非农就业稳定性是深层根源因素；进一步的分析表明，提高农民工的就业稳定性是促进农村土地信托发展的重点。 |

| Based on the micro survey data,the Probit-ISM model is used to determine factors influence the willingness of farmers to participate in land trust circulation.The results show that income structure and the trust degree on local government are direct surface factors.And the income of non-agricultural employment and local economic development level are intermediate reason.Householder age,whether or not they participate non-agricultural employment and in employment stability are both the deep root of factors.Further analysis showed that improving the stability of employment was the key factor for land trust circulation. |
