| 为了解我国健康乡村治理村民满意度情况，研究者依据Howard的健康乡村理念，参考国内外健康城市与健康乡村指标以及顾客满意度评价（CSI）模型，构建了健康乡村村民满意度评价体系。利用实地调研发放问卷的方式获得数据，运用算数加权评价法，得出村民的满意度指数为3.161，折合百分制为63.22%，属于中等水平。同时，采用四分图的形式诊断影响满意度的各个因素，结合调研时的访谈记录，总结出引起部分村民对健康乡村治理不满意的原因，并提出相应的建议。 |

| Evaluation of peasant satisfaction about the healthy village governance: Based on a village survey of Inner Mongolia |

| In order to understand the villagers' satisfaction on the healthy village governance in China,a Satisfaction Evaluation Model (SEM) was built based upon the indexes of domestic and foreign cities and villages and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) model.By collecting questionnaire data through on-the-spot investigation and using the weighted arithmetic evaluation method,it was found that the villagers' satisfaction index of 3.161,which is equivalent to percentile of 63.22%,was at moderate level.In order to get insights into factors affecting satisfaction level,the reasons that why villagers were not satisfied with the healthy village governance were analyzed by four-graphs diagnoses combined with feedbacks from interviews and some practical solutions were put forward. |
