苜蓿与无芒雀麦混播对苜蓿根系性状影响及抗寒效应研究

摘要:
为探讨苜蓿与无芒雀麦混播草地苜蓿越冬率及抗寒效应,选用龙牧806、公农1号、WL319HQ和敖汉4个苜蓿品种与草地羊茅同行3∶7混播,分析整个越冬期间单、混播根系形态学指标及生理生化指标动态变化情况,并通过隶属函数评价各混播组合的抗寒性能。结果表明,苜蓿与无芒雀麦混播处理越冬率均高于其单播处理;随着外界环境低温的胁迫,同一苜蓿品种混播处理根颈直径、主根直径及侧根数均高于单播处理,但根颈入土深度、主根长度,单播处理高于混播处理;越冬前随自然温度的下降,苜蓿根颈直径呈现先增加后降低趋势,11月15日-4月30日整个越冬期根颈直径变化不明显;抗寒性高的品种根颈分枝较多。4个苜蓿品种单播及与无芒雀麦混播苜蓿根系可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及游离脯氨酸均随着气温下降其含量增加,翌年春随着气温回升而降低,其中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及游离脯氨酸含量在11月中旬达到最大值;过氧化物酶(POD)则是随着温度变化在整个越冬期呈现先升后降再上升的变化趋势。通过越冬率调查和运用隶属函数法进行抗寒性综合评判,得出供试材料抗寒性大小依次为公农1号+无芒雀麦 > 公农1号 > WL319HQ+无芒雀麦 > WL319HQ > 龙牧806+无芒雀麦 > 龙牧806 > 敖汉+无芒雀麦 > 敖汉。

Effect of alfalfa with smooth brome on the root traits and cold resistance of alfalfa

Abstract:
Aim of this study was to determine the effect of mixed planting of alfalfa with smooth brome on root traits and cold resistance of alfalfa.Four alfalfa cultivars,Longmu 806,Gongnong 1,WL319HQ and Aohan were mix planted with smooth brome in 3∶7 ratio.Root traits and nutritive composition of alfalfa in each treatment were evaluated by membership function.The results showed that:The overwinter rate of alfalfa mixed-sowing with smooth brome was much higher than single sowing respective alfalfa varieties.Root collar diameter,taproot diameter,lateral root number of mixed-sowing treatments were more higher than single sowing respective alfalfa varieties,but taproot length and crown depth in soil showed the reverse tendency.Root collar diameter increased at first and then decreased before overwintering,which from November 15th to April 30th did not change significantly.Root collar branch of strong cold resistance alfalfa were more than other varieties.The content soluble sugar,soluble protein,free proline increased with the temperature decreases decreased after turning green,which reached maximum on November 15th.The POD activity rose at first,then declined and rose again during whole overwintering period.By the evaluation of membership function,it was found that the obtained cold resistance from great to small were Gongnong 1+Smooth Brome > Gongnong 1 > WL319HQ+ > Smooth Brome > WL319HQ > Longmu 806+Smooth Brome > Aohan+Smooth Brome > Aohan.
