| 基于5省863个农户的调研数据，运用Bivariate Probit模型，对影响农户绿色农药购买意愿和实际购买行为的主要因素进行了比较研究，发现：农户绿色农药的购买意愿和行为存在悖离，愿意购买绿色农药的667个农户中，有68.07%的农户没有购买过；并且两者的影响因素同中有异，从共同因素来看，距中心城镇的距离，对政府禁止使用农药的认知，对绿色、无公害、有机产品的了解、性别对农户绿色农药购买意愿和行为均有显著影响；从差异因素来看，环境关注、购买农药时比较说明书、商家宣传、基层政府组织提供的讲座显著影响购买意愿；政府农药残留检测、参加过农药使用技术培训、价格因素、商业化程度显著影响购买行为。为此，要推广使用绿色农药应该加大农药残留检测力度，多渠道传播绿色农药信息，同时，积极推广绿色农药使用技术，实行绿色农药价格补贴政策，并建立配套的公益性的产品责任险。 |

| Based on 863 farmers’ survey data from five provinces in China,comparative research on farmers’ purchasing willingness and their actual purchasing behavior of green pesticides are conducted via Bivariate Probit model.The results show that:Farmers'purchasing intention and purchasing behavior of green pesticide are inconsistent.Only 68.07% of the farmers who are willing to purchase green pesticide have purchased green pesticides;There are some differences between their influencing factors.On one hand,the distance from the town,recognition of the banned pesticide varieties,knowledge of harmless,green and organic products have significant influence on both farmers’ purchasing intention and purchasing behavior of green pesticides.On the other hand,concern of environment and comparison of instruction information when purchasing pesticides,knowledge of pesticides information mostly through sales person or lectures provided by grass-roots government,have significant influence on farmers' purchasing intention.while pesticide residues detection,having participated in pesticides' using technical training,price factors,degree of commercialization have significant influence on farmers' purchasing behavior.Therefore,in order to promote the utilization of green pesticide,the government should intensify pesticide residue detection;extend the information of green pesticide through various channels.In the meantime,the government can promote pesticides’ using technical actively,implement price subsidy policy on green pesticide,as well as set up the public welfare of product liability insurance. |
