玉米种子电磁振动定向装置仿真模型的建立与验证

摘要:
针对实际电磁振动定向装置进行多因数多水平试验研究时存在周期长、受加工精度影响大等问题,利用ADAMS等软件建立参数化的玉米种子电磁振动定向装置和种子仿真模型,通过试验测定玉米种子与定向滑槽之间的接触参数,系统定义玉米种子与定向滑槽之间的接触。从振动分析、接触力和模型振动效果3方面对该模型进行验证。结果表明:该电磁振动定向装置和玉米种子的仿真模型振动效果符合实际,接触的定义准确,激振力与振幅线性相关,符合实际弹簧片变形规律和电磁振动理论,可以用来代替实际电磁振动装置进行电磁振动下玉米种子姿态翻转与定向传输的模拟仿真试验和优化试验。

Establishment and verification for the simulation model of directional device based on electromagnetic vibration for corn seeds

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of the long cycle and its influence on machining accuracy of multi factor and multi-level test using the practical electromagnetic vibration directional device,a parameterized simulation model of directional device was established based on electromagnetic vibration for corn seeds and seed models by using ADAMS simulation software to make sure that the contact between corn seed and directional sliding slot was defined accurately.The prototype was verified by vibration analysis and other methods.The results showed that:The vibration effect of the model was consistent with the actual;The definition of the contact was accurate;And the linear correlation between the excitation force and the amplitude was in line with the deformation law of the actual spring sheet and the theory of electromagnetic vibration.In conclusion,the simulation and optimization experiments of the posture change and directional transmission of corn seeds could be carried out by the simulation model rather than the actual electromagnetic vibration device.
