新疆核桃‘温185’和‘新新2号’花芽分化特点与成花基因表达分析

摘要:
以新疆叶城县种植的‘温185’和‘新新2号’核桃为试材,观察分析不同芽的发育特点、花芽分化过程以及相关成花基因的表达。结果显示:‘新新2号’结果母枝和当年一年生枝上的雌花芽和混合芽都大于‘温185’,尤其是混合芽的生长点明显大于‘温185’。同时花芽分化质量也优于‘温185’。说明‘新新2号’不仅雌花芽可以坐果还可以通过混合芽进一步发育成花芽进行开花坐果。对不同成花基因在芽中的表达分析结果表明,与花芽分化有关的可能是JrFTJrLFY基因,而JrFLC基因与核桃花芽分化关系不大。

Differentiation of Xinjiang walnut flower bud and analysis of related flowering gene expression

Abstract:
Xinjiang early bearing walnut is one of the scarce walnut resources in China.‘WEN 185’ and ‘XINXIN 2’,which come from seedling selection,have many good characteristics.However,"Wen 185" always has a lower production than that of ‘XINXIN 2’.Plant materials of this research were walnut varieties ‘WEN 185’ and ‘XINXIN 2’ grown in Yecheng County,Xinjiang Province.By observations of bud developmental characteristics,differentiation of flower bud and expression of different flowering gene,it is found that female flower bud and mixed bud of bearing basal shoot and annual branch on ‘XINXIN 2’ were bigger than those on ‘WEN 185’.The shoot apical meristem of mixed bud of ‘Xinxin 2’ was remarkably bigger than that of ‘Wen 185’.Moreover,differentiation of flower bud in ‘XINXIN 2’ was better than in ‘Wen 185’.These results illustrated that flowering and fruit set of ‘XINXIN 2’ were through female bud and mixed bud.Analysis of expressions of different flowering genes indicated that JrFT and JrLFY might be related to flower bud differentiation,while JrFLC might be involved in flower bud differentiation of walnut.
