不同比例红蓝光对草莓生长和叶片光合特性的影响

摘要:
为研究400 μmol/(m2·s)光强下不同比例红蓝光对草莓生长和叶片光合特性的影响,以‘红颜’草莓(Fragaria×ananassa Duch.)为试材,利用LED可调制光源,设红光和蓝光的光强比分别为1:1(处理A),9:4(处理B),5:1(处理C)3个处理,以荧光灯为对照,测定了草莓植株株高、茎粗等形态指标,草莓叶片叶绿素含量、叶片形态特征、光合参数和荧光参数的变化。结果表明:1)处理B的植株鲜重增长量显著高于其他处理,高于对照38.4%;茎粗和叶片数增长量处理B分别显著高于对照80.7%和28.1%;2)处理B草莓叶片最厚,显著高于对照14.3%;叶片面积处理B显著高于处理A 17.6%;3)处理B的叶绿素a含量最高,高于对照11.1%;处理B的叶绿素a/b最大,显著高于对照16.5%;4)净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度和蒸腾速率随着处理中红光的增强和蓝光的减弱逐渐减弱;各处理间Fv/Fm低于正常值,ΦPSⅡ各处理间不存在显著差异。综上所述:总光强一定时,处理B(红蓝光强比为9:4)相对于其他处理有利于草莓植株营养生长,获得草莓壮苗。

Effects of different proportions red and blue light on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry

Abstract:
The effects of different proportions red and blue light of 400 μ mol/(m2·s) light intensity on growth and photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry was studied.Taking ‘Benihope’ strawberry(Fragaria × ananassa Duch.)as material,different proportions of red and blue light,1:1 (Treatment A,TA),9:4 (Treatment B,TB),5:1 (Treatment C,TC),were generated by light emitting diode (LED) with fluorescent light generated light as control.The plant height,stem diameter and other plant morphological indexes of strawberry were investigated.The changes of chlorophyll content,indicators of photosynthetic,fluorescence parameters and morphological indexes of strawberry leaves were studied.The results showed that:1) The growth of plant fresh weight in TB was significantly higher than in other treatments and it was significantly increased by 38.4% with an increase of compared to the control group;the growth of stem diameter and leaf number of TB were significantly increased by 80.7% and 28.1%,respectively;2) TB had the thickest strawberry leaves,which was 14.3% thicker than the control;leaf area growth of TB was significantly higher than in TA with by 17.6%;3) The count of chlorophyll a in TB was largest and 11.11% higher than the control group;the count chlorophyll a/b of TB was the highest,and increased significantly by16.5%;4) With the enhancement of red light and weaken of blue light,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate were gradually reduced;Fv/Fm in all treatments were lower than in control,ΦPSⅡ showed no obvious difference among treatments.In conclusion,when the total light intensity was constant,the ratio of red and blue light 9:4 helped the vegetative growth of strawberry,and resulted in stronger strawberry seedlings.
