Abstract:
A new modified electrode was prepared by using carbon nanotube and grapheme to detect the content of flavonoids effectively and conveniently. The electrochemical performance of modified electrode was examined by using potassium ferricyanide solution and the result showed that modified it displayed better electrical activity. In the Brittion-Robinson buffer solution (pH 4.5),the peak current of differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) for quercetin rose as its concentration increased, and a good linearity was observed over 1×10-7~1×10-5 mol/L of Brittion-Robinson buffer solution with a detection limit of 2×10-8 mol/L (S/N=3). The Linear regression equation was ipa=-1.447c-0.325 (ipa:A,c:mol/L,r=0.993).Modified electrode showed advantages such as simple detection, high sensitivity and low detection limit.By determining the quercetin content of buckwheat tea with this method, the reliability and accuracy of the new modified electrode it was proved successfully.
