一种利用分子标记杂合率预测四川地区杂交水稻杂种优势的方法

摘要:
选取新育成的水稻7个恢复系和4个不育系以及经典不育系冈46A进行杂交得到15个杂交组合,分析F1组合性状间的关系探究单株产量的主要构成因子,计算出F1代产量的超亲优势,筛选39个与功能基因连锁紧密的SSR标记,来考察F1代各个性状关联的功能基因连锁标记的杂合率,并按照不同的方式建立模型并比较模型的可信度。结果表明:四川地区水稻单株产量主要受穗实粒数及千粒重的影响;考虑千粒重、结实率、穗实粒数、有效穗4个性状的预测模型仅考虑穗实粒数及千粒重2个性状的预测模型参数可信度更高;由于四川地区年均日照时间短,有效穗数的提升对单株产量提升影响较小,在使用分子标记预测杂种优势时,不选择有效穗相关功能基因的连锁标记,可以提高预测模型可信度。本研究建立了预测杂种F1代水稻单株产量的超亲优势模型,可为水稻育种亲本组合选配提供指导。

Application of molecular marker to predict F1 heterosis with heterozygosity rate in hybrid rice of Sichuan Province

Abstract:
Based on 7 new restorer lines,4 new male sterile lines and a classical male sterile line G46A,15 hybrid combinations were established by hybridization.The main component factors of yield per plant was found by analyzing the relationship of yield per plant and the economical traits in F1generation and heterobeltiosis of yield in F1 was also calculated.Heterozygous rate of molecular markers of F1 was calculated by selecting 39 SSR markers linked to functional genes.Models were built with different factors and were compared with each other to select the best one.The result showed that the 1 000 grains weight and filled grains per panicle were the main factors of yield per plant of rice in Sichuan Province.The model which was built with the 1 000-grain weight and filled grains per panicle are more reliable than the model built with the 1 000 grains weigh,the percentage of seed setting,the filled grains per panicle and the number of effective panicle.As the average annual sunshine time is short in Sichuan Province,The effect of the number of effective panicle on yield is not significant.Therefore,the reliability of model was improved by select the molecular markers closely linked with functional genes excluding the number of effective panicle.The model built to predict heterosis of rice yield per plant of F1 provides guidance for parent selection in rice breeding.
