不同添加水平半胱胺对奶牛泌乳性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘要:
为研究不同添加水平半胱胺盐酸盐(Cysteamine hydrochloride,CSH)对中国荷斯坦奶牛泌乳性能和血液生化指标的影响,选用40头产奶量、泌乳日龄和胎次相近的奶牛,随机分为5组,每组8头,每组日粮中CSH添加量分别为:0(对照组)、15、30、75和150 g/头。预试期2周,正试期8周。结果表明:9~10周时150 g处理组的干物质采食量显著低于15~75 g处理组;5~8周15 g处理组产奶量显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05),9~10周75和150 g处理组产奶量显著低于0~30 g处理组;5~10周15 g处理组4%标准乳产量显著高于75~150 g处理组(P <0.05);5~8周150 g处理组及9~10周75和150 g处理组饲料转化率最低,且显著低于0~30 g处理组(P<0.05)。1~4周时75 g处理组乳脂率及乳总固形物显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3~4周时各试验组乳尿素氮浓度与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05)。1~2周75 g处理组白蛋白浓度显著低于其他各处理组(P<0.05),3~4周30 g处理组白蛋白浓度最高,且显著高于其他各处理组(P<0.05);9~10周时75~150 g处理组尿素氮浓度较高,且75 g处理组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在中国荷斯坦奶牛日粮中CSH的适宜添加量以每天每头15~30 g为宜。

Effects of different cysteamine hydrochloride supplement on milk production and serum biochemical indicators of lactating dairy cows

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to study the effects of different cysteamine hydrochloride supplementation on milk production and serum biochemical indices of lactating Holstein dairy cows.Forty healthy Holstein lactating cows,which are similar in milk yield,days in lactation and parity,were randomly separated into 5 groups containing with 8 cows in each group.Cysteamine hydrochloride was added to the basal Total mixed ration at doses of 0 (Control),15,30,75 and 150 g/d.The experiment was conducted for 10 weeks period,including 2 weeks for adaptation and 8 weeks for data collection.The results showed that:The Dry matter intake of 150 g/d treatment was significantly lower than 15-75 g/d treatments (P<0.05) in 9-10th week.The milk yield of 15 g/d treatment was significantly higher than the other treatments in 5-6th week (P<0.05),and the milk yield of 75-150 g/d treatments were lower than 0-30 g/d treatment in 9-10th week (P<0.05).The 4% Fat corrected milk of 15 g/d group was significantly greater than 75-150 g/d treatments in 5-10th week (P<0.05).The feed efficiency of 150 g/d treatment in 5-8th week and 75-150 g/d treatments in 9-10th week were lower than 0-30 g/d treatments (P<0.05).Milk fat and milk total olids percentage of 75 g/d group were higher than control in 1-4th week (P<0.05).Milk urea nitrogen concentration of 15-150 g/d treatments were lower than control in 3-4th week (P<0.05).Serum albumin concentration of 75 g/d was significantly lower than the other treatments in 1-2th week (P<0.05),and it it of 30 g/d group was the highest in 3-4th week of 30 g/d treatment group (P<0.05).Blood urea nitrogen concentration of 75 g/d treatment was higher than control in 9-10th week (P<0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate dosage of adding CSH into Chinese Holston dairy cows's feed is 15-30 g per day.
