小麦品种豫麦2号及其衍生系的遗传差异分析

摘要:
为明确豫麦2号及其衍生系的遗传差异,将之更好地运用于育种工作,利用40对相关序列扩增多态性(Sequence related amplified polymorphism,SRAP)引物对豫麦2号及其近年来育成的参加黄淮麦区预试或区试的51个衍生品种(系)进行遗传分析。结果表明:1)40对SRAP引物在52份材料中检测出941个等位变异,其中具有多态性的266个,多态性条带比率为28.27%,每对引物平均检测出6.65个等位变异。2)SRAP引物基因多态信息含量(Polymorphism information content,PIC)值为0.106 3~0.738 5,平均值为0.477 5。3)在遗传相似系数0.571 0 处将52份材料分为5个类群,与群体遗传结构分析的结果基本一致,聚类结果也与遗传系谱较为吻合。4)豫麦2号对各世代的遗传贡献分析表明,豫麦2号对其衍生子二代、子三代和子四代的平均遗传贡献率分别为44.06%、42.14%和41.98%。

Abstract:
Yumai 2 is one of the most important backbone parents in China.In order to define genetic differentiation of its derived lines, thus provide information for future breeding program, 40 pairs of sequence related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) primers were screened with the 52 derivatives from Huanghuai or regional trial.The results showed: 1) 40 pairs of SRAP primer combinations produced 941 bands in 52 materials, of which 266 bands were polymorphic with 28.27% of polymorphism, average 6.65 polymorphic bands per primer pair.2) The range of polymorphic information content (PIC) was from 0.106 3 to 0.738 5, with an average of 0.477 5.3) The 52 materials could be divided into five categories at the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.571 0, whereas at this coefficient no genetic difference could be detected based on population genetic structure analyses.The results obtained through cluster analysis matched with the genetic family tree.4) The results of genetic contribution of Yumai 2 to its derivatives varieties indicated that Yumai 2 had the contribution ratios of 44.06%, 42.14% and 41.98% to its second, third and fourth generation derivatives, respectively.
