TQLZ粮食振动清理筛有限元分析及强度测试

摘要:
针对实际应用中粮食振动清理筛筛体的电机安装处及筛箱顶部容易发生断裂,设备使用寿命短等问题,采用Pro/E三维建模和ANSYS有限元仿真分析方法,对振动筛进行静动态模拟分析;应用动态测量仪测试筛体的机械强度.有限元仿真分析结果表明,最大应力为186 MPa,分别发生在筛体的弹簧支撑处、筛顶部位和电机安装处;试验测试结果表明,最大应力为170 MPa,发生在筛体的支撑弹簧处等部位,与仿真结果基本吻合.研究结果对振动筛结构优化设计,特别是对大型振动筛的稳定性和可靠性设计提供了一定的参考依据.

Stress-strain analysis and test of the vibrating separator for grain clearing

Abstract:
To the irregular breakdown of grain clearing separator happened at the foot of motor installation and the top of separator box,the paper conducted the simulation analysis by using FEA base on Pro/E model.Admeasuring apparatus was used to identify the largest stress points.The results of static and dynamic simulation and test showed that the largest stresses were 186 MPa and 170 MPa at the spring support and motor installation place respectively.There were three main parts of fatigue fracture location,such as spring support,top of box and motor installation place.Results simulated and measured were basically consistent.The fault diagnosis and the optimization design of the structure would be significant for stability and reliability of separator.
