GA3对无花果秋果内源激素水平的影响

摘要:
以中间型无花果优选系M105为试验材料,研究不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理无授粉条件的秋果,实现单性结实的赤霉素响应窗口期内对果实内源激素水平的影响,结果表明:GAs含量在100、250和500 μg/mL 赤霉素处理后果实各部位均有提高.IAA含量在赤霉素处理后果实各部位均有所上升,第9天均高于对照.ZR含量均随着处理浓度的增大增值变大;4个部位中雌花含量最高,且在处理3 d后上升幅度最大,果梗、果茎和果肉中提高趋势较稳定.ABA含量在赤霉素处理后各部位均有明显下降.100、250和500 μg/mL浓度赤霉素(GA3)处理后,座果率分别提高30.89%、46.67%和45.78%.

Change of endogenous hormone levels in main crop of San Pedro type fig after GA3 treatment

Abstract:
San Pedro type figs preferred line M105 was used as experimental material.Different concentrations of gibberellic acid (GA3) were sprayed on the autumn fruit without pollination conditions.The purpose was to understand the effect of GA3 on the endogenous hormone of the fruit during parthenocarpy GA pesponse window period.The results showed that the contents of GAs all increased in each part of fruit with 100,250 and 500 μg/mL GA3 treatments.The contents of IAA in all parts increased after one-day treatment.And at the ninth day, IAA contents in most parts were higher than that of CK.The contents of ZR were correlated with the treatment concentration.The contents of ZR in the female flower were higher than that of other three parts.The contents of ZR all increased in stem,fruit stalk and pulp with 100ug/mL treatment.Meanwhile,the change trend was relatively stable. And it is worth noting that the female flowers had a larger rise after three-days treatment.The contents of ABA in treated fruits were significantly decreased.And the contents were the highest with 500 μg/mL treatment.The fruit rates of the treatments of 100,250 and 500 ppmug/mL GA3,increased by 30.89%,46.67% and 45.78% respectively.
