我国生物质炭化技术装备研究现状与发展建议

摘要:
介绍生物质炭化技术的基本原理、主要特征和不同分类,论述我国生物质炭化技术装备方面的最新研究进展,分析典型炭化技术与装备的工艺过程与结构原理,在此基础上探讨我国在生物质炭化技术装备开发方面存在的主要问题,并提出发展对策与建议。

Research status of biomass carbonization technical equipment and proposals for its development in China

Abstract:
Biochar is a new product with a feature-rich and wide application, it can be used as high-quality energy, soil conditioner, as well reducing agent, slow release carrier and carbon sequestration carrier.Interest for the production and application of biochar has arisen from the whole society.In the recent years, on the basis of traditional techniques, technology and equipment research of biomass carbonization has made important progress in China.This paper introduced the basic principles and main characteristics of biomass carbonization technology, and discussed the research progress of biomass carbonization technology and equipments.Moreover the basic principles of different carbonization process technology and equipment were analyzed.Finally, the main problems in the development of biomass carbonization technology equipment were discussed, and development countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
