甘薯秧蔓粉碎还田机机架的模态分析与试验研究

摘要:
针对甘薯秧蔓粉碎还田机正常工作时振动较大的问题,为减小共振的发生,利用三维软件Pro/E对4JHSM-90型甘薯秧蔓粉碎还田机机架进行参数化建模,采用有限元软件Abaqus建立了机架的有限元模型,求解出机架的前10阶模态频率和振型,并对机架进行了模态试验,验证理论分析的准确性。结果表明:在正常工作状态下,机架固有频率可以避开刀辊、变速箱、拖拉机等外部激振频率范围;机架的薄弱环节为左右两侧板,安装了加强槽钢的左侧板比右侧板振幅小。该研究可为甘薯秧蔓粉碎还田机机架结构的设计与优化提供参考。

Finite element mode analysis and experiment on the body frame of a sweet potato vine shattering and returning machine

Abstract:
In order to decrease the sympathetic vibration of sweet potato vine shattering and returning machine during work, a parametric model of 4JHSM-90 sweet potato vine shattering and returning machine was built using Pro/E.The finite element model of body frame was built using Abaqus, and the first ten modal vibration frequencies were calculated.The accuracy of model simulation was verified by experiment.The results showed that the natural frequency of body frame could avoid excited frequencies of the knife roller, gear-box and tractor.The left and right side panel of body frame were weak parts of the machine.The amplitude of the left side panel installed with strengthened u-steel was smaller than the right one without the u-steel support.The study was expected to provide reference for the design and optimization of sweet potato vine shattering and returning machine body frame.
