利用隶属函数法综合评价梨砧木抗寒性

摘要:
为探讨梨生产中梨树枝条部分死亡或整株死亡的问题,在低温胁迫下进行了抗寒性生理指标测定。以杜梨(Pyrus betulaefolia Bge.)、豆梨(Pyrus calleryana D.Dcne.)、鄯善砧木句句梨(新疆梨 Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu.Shanshan zhenmu Jujuli)、其里根阿木特(西洋梨Pyrus communis L.Qiligen amute)、阿克苏砧木阿木特(西洋梨Pyrus communis L.Akesu zhenmu amute)、塔城野生杏叶梨(杏叶梨Pyrus armeniacaefolia Yu.Tacheng yesheng xingyeli)和库尔勒黄酸梨(新疆梨Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu.Kuerle huangsuanli)7种梨砧木一年生枝条为试材,通过不同低温(-18、-21、-24、-27和-30 ℃)处理,测定其枝条的电解质外渗率(REC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸(Pro)生理指标。配合Logistic方程确定砧木树种的半致死温度(LT50)以及拟合度,并用相关性分析和隶属函数法求出隶属函数值,对7种梨砧木进行了综合评价和抗寒性排序。研究结果表明:随着温度的下降,枝条电解质外渗率呈现“S”型上升,半致死温度(LT50)为-26.8~-52.8 ℃;MDA含量和可溶性糖先上升后下降;可溶性蛋白均有下降趋势;游离脯氨酸含量呈现下降和增高交替的现象。根据相关性分析结果各生理指标间电导率、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白质含量存在极显著差异。7种砧木抗寒性排序为:杜梨>阿克苏砧木阿木特>塔城野生杏叶梨>库尔勒黄酸梨>其里根阿木特>鄯善砧木句句梨>豆梨。

Comprehensive evaluation on cold hardiness of pear rootstocks by the subordinate function

Abstract:
In order to study the death of the part branches or the whole plant in Pear production, the physiological indexes for cold resistance were measured and explored during cold stress.Pyrus betulaefolia Bge, Pyrus calleryana D.Dcne., Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu.Shanshan zhenmu Jujuli, Pyrus communis L. Qiligen amute, Pyrus communis L.Akesu zhenmu Amute, Pyrus armeniacaefolia Yu.Tacheng yesheng Xingyeli, Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu.Kuerle Huangsuanli were taken as the experimental materials, electrolyte-(REC), malondialdehyde (MDA)-, soluble protein-, soluble sugar- and free proline (Pro)- contents as well as other physiological indexes under the low temperature stress(-18, -21, -24, -27 and -30 ℃)were measured.A Logistic equation was adopted to determine the pear rootstock species semi-lethal temperature (LT50) and degree of fit in order to assess cold-resistance of 7 kinds of pear rootstock by the comprehensive evaluation and subordinate function values.Results showed that REC increased by low temperature stress following an S-curve and the LT50 was between -26.8 and -52.8 ℃, the MDA and soluble sugar levels showed that increased at the beginning and then decreased, the soluble protein content decreased, free proline content showed alternating between decrease and increase.According to the method of subordinate function, and the subordinate function values, 7 kinds of pear rootstock cold hardiness strength is determined as follows:Pyrus betulaefolia Bge. > Pyrus communis L.Akesu zhenmu Amute > Pyrus armeniacaefolia Yu.Tacheng yesheng Xingyeli > Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu.Kuerle Huangsuanli > Pyrus communis L.Qiligen Amute.> Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu.Shanshan zhenmu Jujuli > Pyrus calleryana D.Dcne.
