产气量法研究不同植物提取物对瘤胃体外发酵的影响

摘要:
为研究植物蜕皮甾酮、大蒜提取物、苍术提取物、桑叶提取物和牛蒡子提取物对瘤胃体外发酵的影响,试验利用体外产气量法设对照组(未添加组)和5个试验组,每种植物提取物的添加水平为1.5%,测定了发酵24 和48 h的DM消化率以及发酵96 h的发酵参数。结果显示:1)和对照组相比,各试验组24 h DM消化率无显著性差异 (P > 0.05),植物蜕皮甾酮和大蒜提取物组48 h的DM消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2)各植物提取物对96 h产气量、理论最大产气量以及产气速率均无显著性影响(P >0.05);3)各组之间pH无显著性差异(P > 0.05);植物蜕皮甾酮、桑叶提取物和苍术提取物组的NH3-N浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);植物蜕皮甾酮和桑叶提取物显著降低了总挥发酸浓度(P<0.05),而牛蒡子提取物显著提高了总挥发酸浓度(P<0.05);各提取物均降低乙酸摩尔比,升高了丙酸的摩尔比,但差异不显著(P > 0.05)。添加上述提取物能够降低体外发酵NH3-N浓度、提高48 h DM消化率,可以一定程度的改善瘤胃发酵模式。

Effects of different plant extracts on rumen fermentation in vitro by using gas production technique

Abstract:
This study was to evaluate the effects of plant ecdysterone (PE),garlic extract (GE),atractylis extract (AE),mulberry leaf extract (ME),burdock extract (BE)on the rumen fermentation in vitro by using gas production technique.The plant extracts were added at the level of 1.5 % (DM)and the DM digestibility of fermentation at 24 h and 48 h and fermentation parameters of 96 h fermentation were measured.The results showed that the plant extracts had a tendency to increase the 24 h DM digestibility (P=0.43).The PE and GE could significantly increased the digestibility (P<0.05); there was on difference in gas production for all the groups; all plant extracts did not change the pH of rumen fluid; the PE,ME and AE significantly reduced NH3-N concentration (P<0.05); the PE,GE and ME significantly reduced the total volatile fatty acid (TVFA)concentration,while BE significantly increased TVFA concentration (P<0.05); all plant extracts were reduced the proportion of acetic acid and the ratio of acetic and propionic acid,whereas the proportion of propionic acid was increased,but the difference was not significant (P >0.05).It is concluded that the plant extracts could increase 48 h DM digestibility and decrease NH3-N concentration.
