棉花秸秆厌氧发酵制氢研究

摘要:
为获得可再生清洁能源氢气,以棉花秸秆为发酵产氢底物,污水处理厂活性污泥为产氢菌源,通过厌氧发酵产生可再生能源氢气。主要研究发酵底物质量浓度、发酵初始pH、预处理盐酸和氢氧化钠的浓度对棉花秸秆产氢性能的影响,同时探讨棉花秸秆发酵产氢气的类型。结果表明:底物质量浓度为10 g/L,初始发酵pH为7.0时,用0.4 mol/L盐酸在90 ℃下浸泡棉花秸秆2 h,底物发酵产氢潜势最高,其累积产氢量为76.78 mL/g,最大平均产氢速率为 4.79 mL/(g·h),混合气中氢气摩尔分数达63.38%,棉花秸秆产氢类型为乙醇型发酵产氢。

Study of hydrogen production with cotton stalk by anaerobic fermentation

Abstract:
In order to obtain the renewable hydrogen,this experiment chose the cotton straw for fermentation hydrogen production substrate and used activated sludge sewage from treatment plants as the hydrogen-producing bacteria source,which produced hydrogen gas relying on anaerobic fermentation.The experiment mainly researched the substrate concentration,the pretreatment of hydrochloric acid and the sodium hydroxide concentration,which had an effect on the hydrogen production performance of cotton stalks.The results showed when the substrate concentration was 10 g/L and the cotton straw had been soaked by 0.4 mol/L HCl at 90 ℃ for two hours and the hydrogen production performance of substrate fermentation was the best.The cumulative amount of hydrogen production was up to 76.78 mL/g.The average maximum hydrogen production rate was up to 4.79 mL/(g·h) and the percentage content of hydrogen was 63.38%.The hydrogen type of cotton straws was the ethanol type fermentation production hydrogen.
