| 利用国家级农业产业化龙头企业数据,对董事长和总经理合职与分离对农业龙头企业绩效的影响进行分析。研究结果显示:资本投入和劳动力投入对农业龙头企业绩效的贡献较大,订单量和合同带动农户数对农业龙头企业绩效起到正向作用,然而,董事长和总经理合职对农业龙头企业绩效的作用并不明显。两职合并使得西部地区农业龙头企业绩效上升19.17%,其中民营企业和其他企业绩效分别上升15.03%和47.07%;而两职合并对于东部地区农业龙头企业绩效的影响产生负向作用,其中使得其他企业绩效下降31.62%。根据本研究结果,建议伴随着农业龙头企业的规模的扩大,董事长和总经理两职应该分离。 |

| In this paper,collected data from national agricultural industrialized leading enterprises were used to analyze the effect of combined and separated duties of chairman and general manager on enterprise performance.The results showed that capital and labor input largely contribute to the performance of the leading agricultural enterprises,and orders and the number of contract spurring farmers played a positive role on the leading agricultural enterprise performance.However,duties of chairman and general manager were combined,which showed no obvious impact on the leading agricultural enterprise performance.The combined duties of chairman and general manager would make the leading agricultural enterprise performance increased by 19.17% in the western region,among those,the private enterprises and other enterprises were increased by 15.03% and 47.07% respectively.However,the combined duties of chairman and general manager had a negative effect on performance of the leading agricultural enterprises in the eastern region,among those,other enterprises declined by 31.62% in corporate performance.Based on the result,it suggests that the duties of chairman and general manager should be separated along with the expansion of scale of the leading agricultural enterprises. |
