蝴蝶兰叶片内源激素对植物生长延缓剂的响应

摘要:
以花梗高度较高的蝴蝶兰品种‘红天鹅'为试材,研究了喷施3种植物生长延缓剂BAS、矮壮素(CCC)和多效唑(PP333)对其开花质量的影响及叶片内源激素生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)的含量和比例变化的影响。结果表明:不同延缓剂对蝴蝶兰开花质量影响不一,一定种类及浓度的植物生长延缓剂能有效降低花梗高度,但花序长度也有所降低,各处理对花径大小和始花期影响较小。各处理能明显降低植株体内GA含量,提高ABA含量;处理的IAA变化与GA含量成一定相关性,且各个阶段含量高于对照;延缓剂处理初期ZR的含量变化不显著,之后较之对照稳定在较高水平。与对照相比,ABA/IAA和ZR/IAA略有下降,ZR/GA与ABA/GA均有所上升且明显高于对照。多效唑是控制蝴蝶兰花梗高度的理想药剂,150~300 mg/L是较为适宜的处理浓度;较低含量GA及高ZR/GA状态有利于成花;相对高含量的IAA是抑制花梗生长的关键因素。

Responses of endogenous hormones in leaves to the treatments of plant growth retardants during flower bud differentiation of Phalaenopsis

Abstract:
A high-peduncle Phalaenopsis variety Doritaenopsis ‘red swan' was used to study the effect of three plant growth retardants including BAS,CCC and PP333 on the flowering characteristics and contents of endogenous hormones (IAA,GA,ABA and ZR) in the leaf.The results showed that it was different in the effects of these plant growth retardants on flowering characteristics of Phalaenopsis.With proper variety and concentration,they could significantly reduce peduncle height,and inflorescence length as well.In addition,they slightly affected diameter of flower and early blooming.All treatments could decrease the content of GA but increase that of ABA significantly.The content of IAA in treatments was higher than that of control in the growing periods,and had some correlations with GA content.The content of ZR had no significant change in initial period and then maintained at higher level than that of control.Compared to the control,the ratios of ABA/IAA and ZR/IAA decreased slightly.The ratios of ZR/GA and ABA/GA were significantly higher than those of control.Accordingly,PP333 with the concentration of 150~300 mg/L was suitable for peduncle hight.Low level of GA and high ratio of ZR to GA were better for flower bud formation.Relative high content of endogenous IAA was the key factor of inhibiting peduncle growth.
