曲周地下水位下降对农业种植结构的影响

摘要:
以历史统计资料和农户调查数据为基础,以河北省曲周县为例探讨了地下水位下降对农业生产的影响。通过对曲周县主要种植模式需水量及投入产出分析得出:地下水位下降引起灌溉成本的增加,制约曲周农业经济的进一步发展;农业成本的增加会促使农民耕种收益更高、风险更大的经济作物,增加了农村经济的风险,同时给粮食安全带来隐患。曲周县地下水位在快速下降,增加了农业生产成本,降低了农民耕种的积极性,增加了粮食安全风险。建议曲周对各个生产环节进行最优化配置,完善水利设施,推广节水农业,同时应用科学的种植方法,提高耕地的播种面积,达到提高粮食产量和持续土地利用的目的。

Influence of the groundwater level drop on agricultural planting structure in Quzhou

Abstract:
Based on statistical data and farmers' household investigations,taking an example of Quzhou County in Hebei Province,the impact of groundwater level drop on agriculture was probed in this study.The research on water demand of planting patterns and the input-output analysis showed that groundwater level drop will increase irrigation costs,restricting the development of agricultural economy in Quzhou.The increased cost of agriculture would lead farmers to cultivate higher yield and higher risk economic crops that increased the risk of rural economy,and at the same time,brought a hidden danger for food security.The underground water level of Quzhou County is falling fast which will increase the agricultural cost,reduce farmers' enthusiasm,and increase the risk of food safety.To achieve the purpose of improving crop production and sustainable land use,several ways are recommended for each production process to make optimal configuration,such as,to perfect water conservancy facilities,to promote water-saving agriculture and planting methods by applying science at the same time,and to increase the planting area of cultivated land.
