陆地棉洞A不育与可育花药中激素相关基因的转录差异分析

摘要:
以陆地棉洞A为材料,取不育株和可育株小孢子单核早期花药进行转录组测序。结果表明:在获得注释的66 535个Unigene中,有51个激素相关基因差异表达,其中不育花药上调表达的有23个,可育花药上调表达的有28个。本研究首次分析了该时期激素相关基因在转录组水平上的差异,并对其中2个关键基因进行了验证,为深入研究陆地棉洞A的不育机理和挖掘关键基因奠定基础。

Different transcriptomic expression in both male sterile and fertile anthers of upland cotton Dong A

Abstract:
Male sterile anthers and fertile anthers were used in RNA sequencing in early microspores phase of upland cotton ‘Dong A'.Results showed that 51 out of the total 66 535 anotated hormone related unigenes expressed differentially,with 23 genes up-regulated and 28 genes down-regulated in sterile anthers.Based on our available information,this study is the first to investigate hormone related genes expression via transcriptome sequencing,and two of these genes were identified.It may shed light onto the dissection of male sterility mechanisms and catching sight of key genes in upland cotton ‘Dong A'.
