基于GIS技术的台风灾害风险区划研究——以安徽省为例

摘要:
根据自然灾害风险评价理论和台风灾害风险形成机制,利用1961—2009年安徽省台风降水和极大风速资料、社会经济资料、地理信息数据以及相关灾情等要素,借助GIS平台开展台风灾害风险区划。结果表明:安徽省台风灾害高风险区位于大别山区东部和南部、江淮之间东部局部和西南部、沿江丘陵一线;而低风险区位于淮北西北部、江南南部局部。利用历年台风灾情资料以及典型台风案例验证均表明,风险区划结果和实际灾情基本符合。

GIS-based risk evaluation and zoning of typhoon disaster:A case study of Anhui province

Abstract:
Based on disaster risk assessment theory and typhoon risk forming mechanism,the risk zoning of typhoon disaster in Anhui province was established with the data of typhoon precipitation and extreme wind speed from meteorological stations from 1961 to 2009,integrating factors of nature,social economy,geography information data as well as typhoon-caused disaster.The results indicated that the high-risk area was mainly distributed in the eastern and southern of Dabie Mountains,the southwestern and eastern local of Jianghuai,and the hill of alongside Yangtze river.The low risk area was mainly in the northwest of Huaibei and the south regional of Jiangnan.The result of risk zoning was coincided with the actual situation by verifying the historical years of typhoon disasters and typical typhoon cases.
