| 研究生长素(Ghrelin)在青春期、妊娠期、哺乳期和泌乳后期小鼠卵巢上的定位,采用免疫组化PV-9000二步法观察Ghrelin在卵巢上的分布。Ghrelin阳性细胞主要分布于4个生理时期小鼠卵巢的卵母细胞、间质细胞、髓质和黄体细胞上。但表达强度和分布范围不同,妊娠期8 d黄体与哺乳期18 d的卵巢髓质呈强阳性表达。妊娠8 d的小鼠卵巢的生殖上皮细胞出现阳性表达。Ghrelin在小鼠卵巢青春期、妊娠期、哺乳期和泌乳后期时期均有表达,妊娠期黄体呈强表达,揭示Ghrelin可能对小鼠不同生理时期尤其是妊娠有一定的调节作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| This study is to study the distribution pattern of Ghrelin-producing cells in ovary of the mouse at four different developmental stages-puberty,pregnancy,lactation and after lactation. The immunohistochemical PV-9000 2-steps method was used.Ghrelin immunopositive cells were mainly found in ovocyte,interstitial cells,ovary medulla and corporalutea in ovary at the above four developmental stages.However,their distribution and intension were different.Those positive cells were stronger in the corporalutea at 8 days of pregnant mouse and 18 days of lactation mouse.Ghrelin immunopositive cells were mainly found in the germinal epithelium at 8 days of pregnant mouse.Ghrenlin was presented in ovary of four developmental stages and the most positive cells were found at pregnant mouse,which showed that Ghrelin may regulate the procreative function of mouse especially the pregnant mouse. |
