日粮添加不同脂肪酸混合物对奶牛血液脂肪酸组成及抗氧化性能的影响

摘要:
研究日粮添加不同脂肪酸混合物对泌乳奶牛血液脂肪酸组成及抗氧化性能的影响,选用36头健康的荷斯坦奶牛平均分为3个处理组,分别为对照组、长链脂肪酸组(LCFA)和中短链脂肪酸组(SMCFA),试验期8周,结果表明,泌乳奶牛日粮添加中短链脂肪酸可以显著降低血浆中碳链长度大于16的脂肪酸和总不饱和脂肪酸的含量(85.1%和87.94%;P<0.05),显著提高血浆中碳链长度小于等于16的脂肪酸和总饱和脂肪酸的含量(14.86%和12.13%;P<0.05)。同时,日粮添加中短链脂肪酸显著提高血浆中饱和脂肪酸与不饱和脂肪酸的比值(0.41%和0.36%;P<0.05),显著降低了血浆中不饱和脂肪酸的含量(P<0.05)。而日粮添加长链脂肪酸对血浆中各类脂肪酸含量影响差异不显著。试验结果还发现,日粮中添加中短链脂肪酸显著提高了血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05),降低了脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量,但没有达到显著水平。而日粮中添加长链脂肪酸也趋向于提高血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性,但只有谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶达到了显著水平(P<0.05)。同时日粮添加长链脂肪酸显著提高了血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。 结果显示,中短链脂肪酸较长链脂肪酸提高了血液的抗氧化性能,降低了脂质过氧化产物的产生,但是会提高血液脂肪酸的总饱和度。

Abstract:
Our experiment was to investigate the effect of dietary supplementation with different type of fatty acid mixture on blood fatty acid profile and antioxidant capacity in dairy cows.Thirty six Chinese lactating Holstein dairy cows were randomly assigned to three treatments:1) control,2) long-chain fatty acid treatment (LCFA),and 3) short- and medium-chain fatty acid treatment (SMCFA).Experimental duration was 9 weeks and measurements were made during the last 8 weeks.Compared with control treatment, cows feed short- and medium-chain fatty acid significantly decreased the content of fatty acid with C>16(P<0.05),and considerably increased the content of fatty acid with C≤16(P<0.05). Meanwhile, short- and medium-chain fatty acid significantly increased the ratio of saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid (P<0.05), and remarkably decreased the content of unsaturated fatty acid (P<0.05). On the other hand, there was no significantly effects on blood fatty acids were observed in LCFA treatment. Compared with control treatment, short- and medium-chain fatty acid tended to increase the activity of catalase and glutathione peroxidase, only glutathione peroxidase reached the significantly level (P<0.05).However,LCFA treatment significantly increased malondialdehyde content in serum (P<0.05).These results indicate that short- and medium-chain fatty acid would increase the antioxidant capacity of serum, and decreased the content of malondialdehyde in serum.Nevertheless,short- and medium-chain fatty acid would increase the total saturation of blood fatty acid.
