Bt基因玉米秸秆浸提液对小麦种子萌发的影响

摘要:
为研究转Bt基因玉米秸秆还田后秸秆中外源Bt蛋白的释放是否会对后茬作物的萌发产生不利影响,本试验以转Bt基因玉米及其受体品种(非转基因)郑58秸秆浸提液作为处理,采用以小麦(多抗一号)为材料进行室内培养,通过测定对小麦发芽率、幼苗生长的影响,比较了不同浸提液对小麦的作用效应。结果表明,2种秸秆浸提液的质量体积比较低(1∶100)时对小麦萌发处理效应与对照差异不大,当浸提液质量体积比为1∶25时表现轻微抑制作用,以非转基因秸秆表现明显,差异达到显著水平;幼苗的形态上低质量体积比(1∶100)的转基因秸秆浸提液处理的株高(9.70 cm)和根长(10.84 cm)均显著高于对照和非转基因玉米秸秆处理,而质量体积比为1∶25的非转基因秸秆浸提液处理的株高(6.90 cm)和根长(4.28 cm)则明显受到抑制。转基因秸秆浸提液中虽然含有Bt蛋白,但以不同浓度Bt蛋白溶液浸种24 h对小麦的萌发并没有影响。因此,一定比例的转Bt基因的玉米秸秆还田对后茬作物的萌发没有不利影响。

Effects of straw extracts of Bt transgenic maizeon germination of wheat

Abstract:
This study was to analyze the effects of different concentrations of two maize (transgenic Bt maize and non-transgenic maize) straw extract on germination and seedling growth of wheat.All experiments were investigated by means of bioassay in laboratory.The results showed that both maize straw extract at low concentration (1∶100) had no significant effect on wheat germination while high concentration (1∶25) inhibited seed germination,especially treated by transgenic Bt maize straw extract.At 1∶100 concentration transgenic Bt maize straw extract significantly increased seedling height and root length,which reached 9.7 and 10.84 cm respectively.However,non-transgenic maize straw extract at concentration of 1∶25 significant decreased seedling height (6.9 cm) and root length (4.28 cm),transgenic Bt maize straw could release Bt protein into aqueous extract,but there was no influence on wheat germination when seed soaked in Bt solution for 24 h.Therefore,a certain proportion of Bt-maize straw ploughed into soil has no adverse affect on germination of the following crop.
