ABA对番木瓜成熟软化的影响及其与乙烯的关系

摘要:
研究ABA对番木瓜果实成熟软化的影响及其与乙烯的关系,结果表明:番木瓜果实采后乙烯产率逐渐上升,在第8天达到高峰,硬度迅速下降。外源ABA和乙烯利处理促进了果实乙烯的释放以及果实硬度的下降,可溶性固形物含量的上升和果面颜色变化,加速了果实成熟软化进程。ABA生物合成抑制剂NDGA处理则抑制了乙烯的产量,果面颜色变化和硬度的下降及可溶性固形物含量的上升。此外,外加Co2+和1-MCP处理可抑制ABA对乙烯产率、果实硬度下降,可溶性固形物上升和果面颜色变化的促进作用。ABA对番木瓜果实成熟的影响可能主要是通过刺激乙烯的产生进行的。

Effect of ABA on papaya fruit ripening and its relation to ethylene

Abstract:
The effect of ABA application on papaya fruit ripening and its relation to ethylene were investigated.The results showed that ethylene production increased with the fruit ripening and was the highest at 8 days after harvest.Fruit firmness declined sharply during ripening process.Exogenous ABA and ethephon application promoted the level of ethylene production,fruit firmness reduction,soluble solids accumulation and fruit color formation,accelerating fruit softening process.The NDGA as an ABA biosynthesis inhibitor reduced the level of ethylene production, soluble solids content and fruit color formation.Furthermore,adding either Co2+ or 1-MCP reduced fruit firmness, increased soluble solids accumulation and fruit color formation through inhibiting ABA but stimulating ethylene production. It can be concluded that the role of ABA on fruit ripening was mainly due to the ethylene evolution.
