| 摘要: |
| 我国的现代城郊农业区兼有生态、经济、社会的复杂功能,是明显区别于欧美各国及日韩等国的发展模式,所以需要明确其多种功能的耦合情况及其规划方法。在有关国内外现代城郊农业区的功能定位和演化的研究基础上,本项研究运用生态建设与城乡一体化发展的理论与技术方法,明确了我国现代城郊农业区功能定位和发展模式的分析方法;并从多维度分析城郊地带的耦合机制,以构建结构合理、功能齐全、多中心、多层次的中国式现代城郊农业功能区系统。在此基础上以北京市为例,就目前现代城郊农业区研究中出现的难点和关键技术进行了分析,提出了生态环境建设基础上的现代城郊农业区规划的主要内容和方法,并认为以系统科学为指导、加强学科间的协同研究是现代城郊农业区研究实现由传统规划模式向动态、弹性的规划模式的有效途径。 |

| The modern suburban agricultural areas in China are characterized as the complicated functions of ecology,economy and society together,which are significantly different with the characteristics of development model in US,Europe,Japan,South Korea and other countries,thus it is necessary to clarify the coupling relationship among the multiple functions,and to determine the planning methods in future.In this study,we determined the analysis methods of the function orientation guidance and development models for modern suburban agricultural areas in China by utilizing the theories and technologies of ecological construction and urban-rural areas integration,according to the basic theories and evolution of the modern suburban agricultural areas on previous studies.Moreover,to construct the Chinese modern suburban agricultural areas development system with the characteristics of reasonable constructions,complete functions,multi-centers and multi-levels based on the point view of multi-dimensions’ of coupling mechanism.In addition,taking Beijing as an example,we analyzed the key points and difficulties on the process of studying the modern suburban agricultural areas and found out the main contents and methods of suburban program on environmental construction,and we believed the system science guided multidisciplinary synchronous research is the effective pathway to transform the traditional planning model into the dynamic and flexible planning model. |
