18种绣线菊花粉形态及其分类学意义

摘要:
以18种(品种)绣线菊为材料,利用扫描电镜法对其花粉形态进行系统观察比较、主成分分析和聚类分析,其中8种绣线菊的花粉形态为首次研究报道,以探讨其种间亲缘关系与分类学关系。结果表明:18种绣线菊花粉形状为长球形及近球形,极面观为三裂圆形和近圆形,赤道面观有长圆形、椭圆形和梭形,花粉大小为(12.5~20.7) μm×(10.58~18.3) μm,极轴与赤道轴之比(P/E)在1.01~1.94之间,属于小类型花粉,具三孔沟,部分种的内孔外突;外壁纹饰类型为条纹和条网状纹饰,纹饰特征种间存在差异,具备分类意义。首次发现美丽绣线菊(Spiraea elegans Pojark)萌发沟内具有特殊脑纹状结构。绣线菊花粉性状指标重要性依次为条纹走向、赤道面观、孔径、条脊宽、极面观、纹饰类型、极轴和沟长与赤道轴之比(L/E)。18种绣线菊按花粉形态可分为5大类群,与经典形态学分类基本吻合,花粉形态可以做为种间分类的依据。

Pollen morphology of 18 species of Spiraea L.andits taxonomic significance

Abstract:
In order to understand the interspecific relationship and taxonomy of Spiraea L.,the pollen morphology of 18 species of Spiraea L.,were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM) as well as analyzing principal component and cluster of pollen morphology.Eight species of Spiraea L.were firtst studied and reported.It was found that the pollen of 18 species of Spiraea L.was shape of prolate and subsphaeroidal,the polar view nearly spherical and trilobate round,the equatorial view dolicho-round,oblong and fusiform,the size (12.5-20.7) μm×(10.58-18.3) μm,P/E between 1.01 to 1.94,small type with 3-colporate and inner hole evaginating in parts of species.The type of exine emblazonry was fringe and stripe reticular.The pollen of exine ornamentation had classification importance because of its difference.It was first time to find special brain-stripe structure in germinal furrow of S.elegans.The important characters of pollen morphology were stripe trend,equatorial view,pore diameter,lira width,polar view,emblazonry type,P,L/E in Spiraea L.18 species of Spiraea L.could be divided into five groups based on their pollen morphology,which was in line with classical morphology classification.Pollen morphology could be the important evidence for interspecific classification.
