梭梭碳水化合物含量与树龄关系的研究

摘要:
自然生长条件下,梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A.Mey.) Bunge.)体内碳水化合物含量随树龄增长的变化尚不清楚。本试验以秋季采集的1~4年树龄的梭梭为材料,测定了梭梭不同器官内结构性和非结构性碳水化合物的含量。结果表明:1)随着树龄增长,梭梭体内非结构性碳水化合物累积量成倍提高,1~4年树龄梭梭非结构性碳水化合物的累积量依次分别为9.40、17.75、73.18和239.52 g/株。2)不同树龄梭梭体内碳水化合物含量在各器官间有所差异,其中非结构性碳水化合物为根内含量最高,光合枝次之,茎杆最低;而结构性碳水化合物的含量为茎杆中最高,根次之,光合枝最低。试验结果对确定不同树龄梭梭单株体内碳水化合物可利用量提供了理论依据。

Research on the relationship between the content of carbohydrateand the age of Haloxylon ammodendron

Abstract:
How the carbohydrates change with the growth of Haloxylon ammodendro is very important,but remains elusive.In this study,one to four year old H. ammodendron were collected in autumn and the contents of structural and non-structural carbohydrate from different organs were measured.The results showed that:1) With the growth of H.ammodendron from one year to four years,the accumulation of non-structural carbohydrate increased exponentially,their correspond accumulation of non-structural carbohydrate were 9.40,17.75,73.18,239.52 g/strain respectively.2)The contents of carbohydrate were various in different organs of H.ammodendron.Among that the content of non-structural carbohydrate in roots is the highest;the content in photosynthetic branches is less;the content in stems is the least.However,the content of structural carbohydrate in stems is the highest,the content in roots is less,the content in photosynthetic branches is the least.The results provide the theoretical basis for the available two form of carbohydrate in different organs at different ages of H.ammodendron.
